Fabric Over Steel Buildings - The Market, Our Product

HiQual Engineered Structures are the newest generation of fabric over steel structures available.

We continue to expand our product line, and currently we have two product groups including Portable Buildings and Truss Arch Buildings.

The current line-up of Portables include structures up to 38’ wide. All HiQual structures are pre-engineered, extremely easy to erect, and are conveniently packaged complete with all the materials and parts required to erect the structure. HiQual Portables - the lowest cost structures of their kind available on the market today!

Truss Arch units are wider structures currently available from 42’ to 86’ wide. These buildings require a foundation or anchoring system for uplift or wind loading. HiQual is committed to developing new products, including a 106’ wide Truss Arch model which will be available in 2008.

All HiQual Structures ARE ENGINEERED TO MEET ALL LOCAL AND NATIONAL REQUIREMENTS. HiQual reconfirms the engineering of these structures by enlisting the services of outside engineering firms, ensuring the best quality units are available. Engineering tests include bringing each model of structure to failure point - emulating all the elements that effect the integrity of the structure.

Currently the market for this product is growing in excess of 20% per year, because fabric over steel structures offer:

HiQual offers an extensive training program to all your staff in the sales and erection of our buildings and components. We encourage and participate extensively at shows and events to help you get this product line up and moving to ensure your return on investment is realized quickly. Our commitment doesn’t end there, our staff is available at all times for sales, training and engineering support.

HiQual has an extensive inventory of each model in all product groups to ensure you can meet the needs of your customer when the purchasing decision requires quick or immediate delivery.

In most territories, dealers are provided with a protected area allowing the dealer to maximize their efforts and returns. All leads and referrals generated from our national advertising, website and electronic messaging programs are directed to the appropriate territory.

Your success is ensured with our customized start-up programs, at the same time minimizing your exposure or risk.

HiQual Retail Partner Requirements

Attitude is number one... our ideal retail partner will have a strong knowledge of the territory and is well known and respected by their peers.

You will have some knowledge in construction or construction products combined with a good sales background with a focus on customer satisfaction where you have resold the same customer a multiple of times. You are committed to success and will develop programs and marketing plans to with the goal of reaching a minimum of $250,000.00 in building sales per year.

You will inventory up to 25 percent of your yearly sales and you will have the facilities or alternate locations to display some of the buildings in the product lines.

Your facilities or locations have the ability to inventory and display the HiQual product lines, and you are capable of cash flowing up to 25% of your annual HiQual Building sales.
